April 2024 Housing Market Report
Home sales and median sales price both increased since this time last year, according to the most recent report prepared for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®.
Home Sales Increase
Although median sales prices continue to rise, home sales reached 9,758, an increase from last month and the same time last year.
Listings Down Year Over Year
Listings in Pennsylvania fell to 35,535 this month, an 8.7% decrease since this time last year.
