About the Consumer Guide
The Consumer Guide is a booklet designed for members only to provide to their clients who may be entering the real estate market as a buyer or seller. The Consumer Guide is designed to help consumers better understand the major terms of the Standard Agreement for the Sale of Real Estate (Form ASR), which is the contract that is commonly used for residential real estate. The guide includes extensive information, tips and things to consider when going through the homebuying or homeselling process.
