The following services are estimated costs you could incur without a PAR membership.
Standard Forms
Real estate professionals, association staff and legal counsel work to create and review forms you need to do business. There are currently 110 forms available. Members have exclusive access to the forms themselves and the corresponding guidelines for preparation and use.
Members volunteer and serve on the Standard Forms Committee and Feedback Panel. These groups meet throughout the year to work toward improving forms and creating new forms as needed. The Committee creates and updates forms to ensure that they remain legally compliant and continue to meet the needs of the members and the marketplace. The Feedback Panel discusses and provides input for existing forms and revisions proposed by task forces.

Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition)
Streamline your workflow and easily access essential forms, including PAR’s Standard Forms and any eligible libraries, such as local or brokerage forms. In 2022, free access to Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition) was added as a PAR member benefit.

Legal Hotline
One of the highest-ranked member benefits, the Legal Hotline provides general answers to common problems that occur in your business. By calling the hotline, you can talk one-on-one with an in-house PAR attorney to get information to support your clients.
Since moving in-house in 2019, the legal hotline has received more than 33,000 calls, including 5,903 in 2023. Legal hotline calls help determine topics for JustListed articles, webinars and legal resources.

Legislative Advocacy
PAR advocates for your industry in Harrisburg. Legislation matters, and we’re making an impact. Recent victories include 1031 like-kind exchanges and private roadway maintenance agreements. Read about recent legislative wins.
In addition to legislative advocacy in Harrisburg, the advocacy team supports programs such as grassroots efforts, issues mobilization, local affairs and field staff, virtual trainings and much more.

Our website provides 24/7 access to the resources and information you need to succeed in your business. PARealtors.org is the hub for everything you can access as a member including webinar recordings, JustListed, Standard Forms and a variety of resources to get your questions answered.
