Standard Forms are available to members of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®. They are regularly reviewed and updated. You may decide to use electronic standard forms to ensure you have the most current version.
All PAR members, including secondary members, can use the Standard Forms library to access printable standard forms documents.
How to Print Standard Forms
If printing a document works best for your transaction, follow the steps below.
- Log into PARealtors.org. Standard Forms are only available to active PAR members.
- Navigate to the individual form page. Search the Standard Forms library and navigate to the form you wish to download.
- Click the “Download” button. This will trigger a download in your web browser. You may be prompted to allow the download.
- Open the downloaded file and print using your computer’s file browser and printer settings.
Legal Reminders
Use of PAR Standard Forms is reserved for active PAR members. You are allowed to print copies for your use only. Do not print copies for other agents to use.
