How to Access PAR Standard Forms
Members can access Standard Forms directly on PARealtors.org, through Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm edition) or by using their preferred electronic forms vendor.
Many of the forms have accompanying guidelines for preparation and use documents that provide practice tips and detailed explanations for using the form. These documents are an exclusive member benefit that can only be accessed through the PAR Standard Forms library.
TIP: Your PARealtors.org account is the key to accessing forms. Keep your email address up-to-date and have your password available to avoid interruptions.
Gain Access to PAR Standard Forms
If you are not a member of PAR, follow any of the following steps to gain access to PAR Standard Forms:
- Ready to start your career in real estate? Become a Pennsylvania Realtor®.
- You can join PAR as a secondary member if you have an active Realtor® membership in another state and a Pennsylvania real estate license.
- For one-time access to PAR Standard Forms, purchase access to the forms library via a third-party vendor. Forms libraries can only be purchased as a whole. Individual forms cannot be purchased.
- Join PAR as an affiliate member.
