Spring Boom! Pennsylvania Home Sales Skyrocket 21% in Just One Month

Home sales across Pennsylvania jumped 21% in March compared to February, with 8,230 properties sold, according to the latest report from the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®. The state’s real estate market also saw an uptick in median sales prices and inventory levels during this period.

Now that spring is in full swing, the housing market in Pennsylvania is rebounding. According to the latest report from the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, home sales grew 21% in March over the previous month.
