Philadelphia Realtor® Elected as Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® Treasurer

LEMOYNE, PA – Philadelphia Realtor® Heather Petrone-Shook was installed as treasurer of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® during a ceremony in Harrisburg this week. 

Petrone-Shook is an associate broker with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox & Roach. She has been a Realtor® for 28 years and is a second-generation Realtor®.  

Petrone-Shook served for four years as a PAR district vice president. She also chaired PAR’s Standard Forms Committee. In addition, she is a graduate of LeadershipPAR, a training program conducted by the state association. 

She was the president of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors® for two terms, the first as the youngest president in the association’s history. Petrone-Shook received the Boyd T. Barnard Realtor® of the Year Award from the Greater Philadelphia Association.  

Active in her local association, she chaired the Professional Standards and Awards committees and served as a member of the Centennial, SCOPES and By-laws task forces.  

Petrone-Shook is an instructor for real estate broker education courses and mandatory continuing education. She has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, At Home with Diversity and Short Sales & Foreclosure designations.
