Bill has more than 40 years of experience in the industry and is the CEO of CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold in Philadelphia, which serves Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He’s known across the country as a technology expert, and he founded the Social Media Marketing Institute to help real estate professionals engage in social media in a safe, ethical and effective manner. His company has re-written NAR’s e-PRO certification program twice.
He is a member of the Bucks County Association, Tri-County Suburban Realtors and is a past president of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors®.
Bill serves as an NAR director and on the boards of both Bright MLS and CRMLS.
A licensed real estate instructor, Bill travels across the country and to many other countries teaching classes on real estate, social media, professional standards and mediation.
