The course will review materials needed by real estate licensure and broker candidates to pass the PA State Real Estate exam. The textbook to be used for both classes is Modern Real Estate Practice in Pennsylvania, 14th Edition. The book should be picked up and reviewed prior to class. Course Dates October 17, 22, 24, 2024
