About this Course
The real estate market is slowly changing. As days on the market begin to grow, so do consumers’ frustrations. Negotiating the interaction between buyer and seller becomes a critical skill for real estate licensees, especially in light of new NAR regulations. In this course, students will evaluate market conditions, learn how to manage buyers’ expectations and discover the best use of standard forms from a buyer and seller perspective.
