New Licensee Residential Module
About this Course
The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission has mandated that all salespersons complete 14 hours of mandatory continuing education during their first renewal cycle. For the 2024-2026 renewal cycle, this applies to those licensed on or after December 1, 2023. While these courses are required for those newly licensed, any agent may benefit and receive continuing education credits for these courses.
The Residential Module focuses on topics such as the Uniform Construction Code and zoning, land development and environmental issues. Home inspections and warranties, as well as mortgage information, will also be discussed. The class will feature information on fair housing regulations as well as issues surrounding the agreement of sale.
