Students will learn the basic principles of real estate, real estate vocabulary, ownership of real property, the rights of ownership and limitations, how ownership is held and title is transferred, law principles, contracts, financing and licensing laws, environmental issues and leasing.

There will be a final exam on the last day.

Modern Real Estate Practice in PA (15th edition) can be purchased on the first day of class or ordered ahead of time.
