General Module
About this Course
The Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission requires that all salespersons complete the new license general and residential or commercial modules in their first renewal cycle. For the 2024-2026 renewal cycle, this applies to those licensed on or after December 1, 2023. While these courses are required for newly licensed agents, any agent may benefit from them and receive continuing education credits for them.
The General Module focuses on the protection of the buyer and seller client as well as ways to develop professional business strategies to maximize professional development. At the conclusion of the course, participants will be able to abide by all applicable laws, complete and review forms and other contracts with consumers and recognize current legal issues that affect the transfer of property.
