Two Pennsylvania Realtors® named to 30 under 30 list
Athens’ Sean Anthony of Howard Hanna Realty Pioneers and Harrisburg’s Jordan Collier of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage were both named to Realtor® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 list for 2019.
Judges chose 29 of the finalists, with the final one chosen from internet voting. Finalists were all praised for their resilience and determination.
“The feeling that’s running through my body right now is a feeling that I can’t explain, to think of where my career started to now is almost unbelievable to me all from perseverance mixed with my passion, and I have nothing but gratitude for that, with that being said, I’m so humbled and blessed to even be considered a part of 2019’s class of honorees,” said Anthony. “I’m a part of something bigger than myself, each day a new story to connect with a new chapter and each story needing a hero from start to finish, I like to be that hero.”
Anthony added that he has made an effort to provide more value, attention and positivity in his career. “When I started focusing on helping others get to their goals of all forms, amazing opportunities and friendships developed in my life. I would suggest to anyone that’s reading this article to really focus on what makes them happy and go all in on it, there will be failures, there will be no’s, there will be tough times, but with dedication and perseverance, mixed with your passion you will reach a happiness that I can’t put words to,” Anthony said.
“Words truly aren’t even enough to explain my excitement on being named one of Realtor® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 honorees,” said Collier. “Looking through all of the profiles of my fellow finalists, I was blown away by how truly remarkable each and every one of them was. To then find out that I’m being inducted as a honoree alongside such an incredible group is astounding.”
“A real estate transaction can be a crazy ride, full of unexpected twists and turns, but I absolutely love being faced with challenges and finding unique solutions to make the situation easier on my clients. I’m available to my them pretty much 24/7 and they know they can ask me any questions, no matter how small,” she added. “When we get to the closing table, I love seeing smiling faces and getting to know that I was a small part in bringing that joy to someone’s life.”
