RISMedia 2024 Rookies List: Two Pa. Realtor® Finalists, One Wins Regionally
RISMedia recently announced their Top 25 Rookie of the Year Finalists for 2024, including two Pennsylvania finalists, one of which was named a regional winner.
The Rookies list recognizes successful real estate agents who are new to the business. Regional winners were named in Washington, D.C., earlier this month, and the overall RISMedia Rookie of the Year 2024 will be announced in November.
Pennsylvania finalists included Liam Coonahan and Tracy Wiley. Coonahan was named the Regional Rookie of the Year for the Northeast.
A member of Tri-County Suburban Realtors®, Coonahan told RISMedia, “My biggest contributing factor for my success is simply hard work. Early mornings, late nights and weekends — there are other factors that have helped, but none of them can replace hard work.”
He most enjoys making connections and believes in the value of learning from others.
Tracy Wiley, a member of the Realtors® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, was another Pennsylvania Realtor® on the list of finalists. She’s committed to showing professionalism to her colleagues, clients and community, and she prioritizes her connections and relationships within the business.
Wiley told RISMedia, “Whether it’s forming new relationships or reconnecting with familiar ones, each day in this field is a new adventure. I find joy in every aspect of the process, from helping clients sell their homes after 30 years of cherished memories to guiding first-time buyers through the excitement of their initial purchase.”
