Brian Czapor, a Realtor® with Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty in Pittsburgh is one of 50 finalists for Realtor® Magazine’s 30 Under 30.
A Realtor® since 2016, Czapor said his biggest accomplishment thus far was earning a spot in the top 200 standings within the local multi-list by the time he was 22 years old, also breaking $10 million in sales in just his third year in the industry.
“I believe I stand out amongst other Realtors® because of my kindness,” said Czapor. “I’ve worked extremely hard at a very young age and overcame many hardships to build the successful business that I have. While doing that, I have always stayed humbled and made sure I live everyday being genuine and treating my clients and fellow Realtors®, or other personnel within our industry with the utmost respect and kindness.”
With his success in the industry, Czapor said he is most grateful for the relationships he has built, from colleagues to clients.
“I have created some of the best and lifelong friendships through connecting in this business,” he said. “With clients, I like to extend my relationship beyond the closing table, keeping in touch to celebrate life’s milestones and being welcomed back into the home I sold them for these things. With Realtors®, the masterminding and helping one another goes a long way, but we all like to have our fun together and only we can understand the things we go through day-to-day, so we support one another through the challenges by offering advice or just being an ear to listen sometimes. I find keeping a work/life balance and time management to be the most difficult aspect of the industry. It’s easy to get caught up in the ‘grind’ mentality and wanting to grow, but I have learned it is just as important to take care of yourself and enjoy my own life and the people in it.”
Czapor said he enjoys riding his Peloton bike, kayaking, playing recreational sports, trying new restaurants and spending time with his friends and family. A proud member of the LGBT community, Cazpor is also involved in a local foundations in the Pittsburgh area.
“I feel I should earn everyone’s vote because of my passion for my business. I strive to be as authentic as possible with my clients and fellow Realtors®,” said Czapor. “I am confident that every agent within our marketplace would speak very highly of me, and knows I am a team player when it comes to working through deals together. For this, I always have my client’s best interest, and have built a phenomenal reputation through my relationships with fellow agents and my clients. I believe everyone has a unique life story, but I know mine is quite different than the typical Realtor’s® since I started at such a young age and built my business from the ground up. ”
The public is able to choose one finalist to make it into the class by online voting. Voting opens today at 1 p.m. and closes next Friday, March 19 at 1 p.m. Participants can vote once each day per candidate.
