“In our class, I teach you exactly how much content you need to create leveraging AI to meet your income goals,” says Realtor®, broker and speaker Marki Lemons-Ryhal.
With over 30 years of marketing and education experience, Lemons-Ryhal will teach a course at this year’s Triple Play Realtor® Convention and Trade Expo titled “Leverage AI to Enhance GCI.” The course will dive into the world of artificial intelligence and how it can supercharge lead generation efforts, increasing gross closed income to new heights.
Often taught on a smaller scale, Lemons-Ryhal will teach this course in depth at Triple Play, instructing Realtors® on how they can leverage AI technology to create content, gain leads and reach a goal of $1 million GCI.
She stresses the importance of Realtors® of all ages getting involved in and adapting to emerging technologies that can help boost their business. As an example, Lemons-Ryhal shares that her son, a 28-year-old Realtor®, reached $100,000 GCI in just six months by leveraging AI to create content for both Instagram and TikTok.
“Don’t let the next generation outperform you,” she warns, encouraging Realtors® to attend her session to learn more about implementing technology into their businesses.
After attending the session, Lemons-Ryhal notes that Realtors® will know how to implement AI into their business to double their productivity, leads and income.
“Leverage AI to Enhance GCI” will be taught at Triple Play by Lemons-Ryhal on Tuesday, Dec. 10, from 10 a.m. to noon. She will also teach “Instagram Lead Generation: 100 Leads in Seven Days” from 2 to 4 p.m.
