Realtors® searching for regular content for their client communication have access to a free marketing tool from HouseLogic, NAR’s consumer site.
The REALTOR® Content Resource gives Realtor® associations and members free, easy access to hundreds of HouseLogic articles that they can use in consumer newsletters, blogs, websites and marketing materials. The articles are loaded with information to help homeowners make smart decisions about maintaining, protecting and increasing the value of their homes.
To use this free source, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to the REALTOR® Content Resource page using your NRDS member ID.
- Select the articles to share (Browse by theme or keyword).
- Choose how you want to share the articles (Facebook, Twitter, email, blog, website, e-newsletter, or printed handout).
- Share articles with your clients and customers.
Content is written by journalists and other experts covering home improvement, maintenance finances, taxes, and insurance. Articles from the “Smart Ideas to Protect/Boost Home Values” article package are now available. Here are the five articles included in the package:
