Croushore receives inaugural RISMedia award

PAR District 8 Vice President Ron Croushore, broker and owner of Prudential Preferred Realty in Pittsburgh, recently received the inaugural Real Estate Leadership Award from RISMedia.

Croushore was recognized at RISMedia’s 16th annual Power Broker Reception & Dinner, held in conjunction with the National Association of Realtors®’ annual Realtors® Conference & Expo in Anaheim. The award, sponsored by Citi, is given to a member of the real estate community who pursues innovation and exercises resilience to follow new paths to success for real estate professionals and consumers alike.

A lifetime native of the Pittsburgh area, Croushore has pioneered real estate tools and created solutions for his customers’ home selling and buying needs for more than 30 years. He said his continuous focus on innovation and technology is an investment in his sales professionals. “I am blessed with wonderful agents who share the entrepreneurial spirit and drive for excellence,” Croushore said. “Our top priority at Prudential Preferred Realty is to position our agents for success.”

Croushore currently chairs the PA-RPAC Fundraising and PAR’s Strategic Planning committees, and is a member of the Executive, Legislative and RPAC Trustees committees and Business Issues Subcommittee. He has also served as the president of the West Penn Multi-List Service and the Realtors® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.

Croushore’s leadership philosophy extends from within his own company to his participation at all levels of the Realtor® association. “I highly encourage the members of PAR to become strongly involved in their local, state and national associations to position themselves for success,” Croushore added.
