About the Buyer’s Estimated Costs
Under Pennsylvania law, before an agreement of sale is signed, the licensees involved in the transaction must provide each party with a written estimate of reasonably foreseeable costs. The Buyer’s Estimated Costs (Form BEC) is used provide a good faith estimate of the buyer’s costs at closing.
