The broker/owner of William Festa Realty in Philadelphia, Bill has been a Realtor® for more than 40 years.
Bill has been an active leader of PAR, serving on numerous committees and as district vice president, before joining the leadership team. He’s enthusiastically involved in his local association, the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors®, where he served as president. And Bill is a federal political coordinator for the National Association of Realtors®.
Bill’s been married for 39 years and has four grown daughters and four grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family and cooking, is a passionate Philly sports fan, sings with a community choir and is very involved with his local church community.
