Realtors Property Resource® New Features
Many Realtors® are familiar with Realtors Property Resource®, a free online property data platform for members of the National Association of Realtors®. RPR, the nation’s largest property database, exclusively for Realtors®, puts data, tools and reports at their fingertips.
The platform provides a wide variety of helpful resources for real estate professionals. But do you know about some of the more recent benefits RPR has to offer?
One of the great new features RPR offers is called Shareable Market Trends. This helpful collection of hyper-local market stats lets Realtors® search for up-to-date market metrics in specific areas, and then share those updates with clients and prospects with just a click. Agents can also access this same data, and then customize their own market updates with RPR’s free Canva templates.
Another popular new offering is the AI ChatGPT-powered Market Trends ScriptWriter. This tech tool lets agents create video scripts, social posts and market analytics explanations in just a few seconds. It’s a smart way to get a start on marketing and social copy, but agents are encouraged to add their own brand voice and/or trim it down to fit their personality and style.
The RPR app, a valuable resource for Realtors®, was just upgraded with new features, including an estimated equity calculator and a mortgage calculator. These features enhance the existing capabilities of the app, which include easily searching for properties, running comps, creating and sending colorful reports and viewing local market activity.
Reggie Nicolay, RPR’s vice president of marketing and social media, said, “RPR has rolled out some really exciting new features this year. Shareable Market Trends, the AI-powered Market Trends ScriptWriter tool, free Canva templates for sharing local market updates, and we just added Equity and Mortgage Calculators to our app—all in an effort to help Realtors® navigate, and hopefully succeed, in this challenging 2023 market.”
More info on these updates and features can also be found on the RPR blog, which has articles highlighting the latest releases, tips and advice and plenty of “how-to” walkthroughs. The blog also has a Learning Center that provides access to video tutorials, live webinar registrations, printable guides and eBooks which all contain helpful real estate information.
RPR’s wide variety of resources can help real estate professionals–including residential, commercial, brokerage, appraiser and MLS categories–leverage data, navigate market challenges and further connect with clients and each other.
You can log in or create your account here. RPR can be accessed through desktop and on the RPR Mobile™ app available for iOS and Android.
