Millions of people across the commonwealth have seen PAR’s ads encouraging consumers to find a Realtor® via billboard, digital and other advertising since the start of 2022. The campaign will continue.
Thanks to PAR’s Consumer Campaign, there have been nearly 4 million views of billboards in Harrisburg, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, with more communities to come in the second half of 2022, including Allentown, State College, Erie and Hershey. In digital advertising, there have been more than 5 million views, from Google, Facebook and banner displays. Digital advertising via these mediums will continue throughout the year. Additionally, the Consumer Campaign also advertised in the Philadelphia Phillies and Pittsburgh Pirates annual yearbooks, which typically have a sales rate of around 700,000 with a readership of 2.8 million.
And yesterday, PAR announced a new collaboration with Photofy, allowing Realtors® to use similar marketing for themselves as the Consumer Campaign. Photofy offers templates that allow you to personalize your advertising. Available via a mobile app, Photofy is free to use for PAR members. To sign up for an account, register for an account at https://photofy.com/nar and download the app on your phone. Tap “accounts” at the bottom of the welcome screen and choose Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®. From there, you can browse photo templates and choose which one works best for you. Next, add in any personal text and then you can share the image on your social media channels or schedule for later. Here’s a step-by-step guide to downloading and using the app.
