Your Newest PAR Member Benefit: zipForm
Don’t panic. Your free access to Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm edition) will continue on Jan. 1, 2022.
Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® members will have free access to PAR electronic standard forms through Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm edition) as a new member benefit beginning Jan. 1, 2022.
You may have seen a message pop up warning you that your account is going to expire on Dec. 31. That’s because the National Association of Realtors® has offered access to the zipForm product for a few years. However, NAR is ending this benefit as of Dec. 31. As a member of PAR, you will have free access to PAR electronic standard forms through the zipForm product. PAR will cover this benefit through 2024, as more than 80% of members utilize it.
If you have an account already, all of your information will remain in your account and you do not have to do anything. If you haven’t set up an account yet, you can easily create one. If you have any questions or need assistance, you can contact Lone Wolf at 1-866-279-9653 or you can chat with an employee online as well.
PAR President Christopher Raad talked with Jessica Richardson of Lone Wolf yesterday in a webinar where they outlined how the transition will affect PAR members and answered questions from PAR members. If you missed it, you can still watch it. PAR also has a FAQ about the transition.
